Order at Quazi and be delivered in a Kiala Point!

A Kiala Point is a nearby store, like a gas station, a convenience store or a press shop close to your home or office, where you can have your Proxis order delivered. Click on the Kiala logo to check your nearby Kiala Point.  At this time Kiala only provides delivery in Belgium.
As soon as your Quazi parcel has arrived in your Kiala Point, Kiala sends you a notification mail.
You can pick up your parcel where it suits you best, because every Kiala Point has long opening hours, and is open during the weekend. You can optimize your time by buying something at the same time (gas, food, newspapers, ).
Thanks to a state-of-the art technology, the pick up of your parcel is very quick - you just need to sign on a Palm scanner and that's it!
How does it work?

1. Place your order at Quazi. Pay your order and choose a Kiala Point near to your house, to your working place, where your parcel can be delivered.
2. As soon as your parcel has arrived, Kiala will send you an e-mail. So that you can go and pick up your goods whenever it suits you best.
3. In order to get your parcel, all you need is showing an ID. And you can do some shopping at the same time, it's convenient!
The golden rules

Before coming and picking up your parcel...
Wait for Kiala to notify you of the arrival of your parcel: only this notification guarantees you that your parcel has arrived in your Kiala Point.
When you come and pick up your parcel...
  • Please show spontaneously your Identity Card
  • Do not forget to sign on the screen of the terminal scanner.
